Paul Verhoeven announced that after the release of Starship Troopers, he is
available for directing a long awaited Arnold's epic Crusade. He made a plan to
build a full-size replica of ancient Jeruzalem, which means that Crusade could not be made
with a budget under James Cameron's Titanic ($200 million +++). The sets needed
to create a realistic air for the movie would require thousands of extras on hand for long
days, says the director. At that time, Verhoeven and Arnold met to try to move the film
closer to production. I just hope that Verhoeven is still interested in this epic
project...

in the MGM/United Artist action/drama film titled Noble Father.

A documentary about Arnold premiered on TV - Arnold Schwarzenegger: Hollywood Hero
(1999) (TV) on TLC- The Learning Channel.
That night Arnold appeared on WWF's Smackdown in front of thousands of screaming fans all
cheering "Arnold, Arnold." Arnold did not just make a guest appearance like most
people anticipated, but rather provided us with many backstage interviews, sitdown chats,
and became seriously involved with the actual matches.
That night End of Days had its worldwide premiere in Argentina! |
