Arnold's marble star on Hollywood Walk of Fame along with several others including those of Groucho Marx and Judy Garland were temporary removed during extention work on the Los Angeles underground system and put in storage to make sidewalk room for air vents as LA expanded its subway system.

Today Arnold will participate in an unprecedented automotive event of "Schwarzenegger" like proportions when the new HUMMER H2 SUT (sport utility truck) launches in the heart of New York City.

Also today, after the HUMMER event, Arnold will join the Inner-City Games kids at the Chelsea Piers where he'll host the ICG New York Third Annual Bowling Ball that evening.

The Simon Wiesenthal Center and Museum of Tolerance awarded Arnold with another National Leadership Award, remembering the victims of the Holocaust during World War II. Hebrew rabin Marvin Hier saluted Arnold in Hebrew launguage and told that whenever Arnold filmed a film he donated a large gift to Museum of Tolerance.

Arnold left California and began filming Stay Hungry in Birmingham, Alabama. That April, Arnold also took acting classes with coach Eric Morris for twelve well-paid weeks and continued his classes for a year after he finished filming Stay Hungry.


One of the key practises (during the Morris lessons) was saying three-thousand-three-hundred-thirty-three-and-one!
